The District Council advise there are around 60 households on the waiting list within the proximity of Shipton-under-Wychwood and Milton-under-Wychwood.
The site is close to key services such as the school, and is secluded and not visually prominent in the street scene, Conservation Area or wider landscape.
The proposal would deliver
